Last week we ran a marathon! Two days filled with interesting trainings and fruitful discussions about the implementation of our TANDEM pilot program.
On Day 1, Iberika introduced all partners to the concept of non-formal education and the role of a teacher as a facilitator. We also presented how we have integrated Hybrid Learning into the Iberika Moodle and shared our experiences with best teaching practices, possible problems and solutions.
Day 2 of the C1 TANDEM training was dedicated to two topics: intercultural issues that may arise in mixed groups during open classes or in language cafés and assessment / competence validation of future participants.
